What information does the Application obtain and How is it used?
The Application obtains the information when you download and install the app. You will be providing mobile number for receiving the OTP for logging purpose.
While you are using our application, we need to maintain a profile page for you. In this context, you need to provide us the following data
(a) your mobile number which are mandatory
(b) Information in-form of Text, Images, Audio and Video contents that will be shared by users for other users.
We may also use the information that you may provide to us for contacting you from time to time.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
In addition to the above, the Application may collect certain information automatically such as the type of mobile device you use.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
What Are My Opt-Out Rights?
You can stop information collection process by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes which will be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out by sending us an email to email@example.com.
DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
We will retain User Provided data as long as you use the Application. We will retain Automatically Collected information as long as you use the application and thereafter we may store it in aggregate. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you within a reasonable time.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need those information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
